Straight answers.
What is SNOW?
SNOW is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch. You place a pouch between your upper lip and gum; nicotine is released gradually over 20–40 minutes. The pouch is dry and white — nothing to spit, nothing to light.
Does SNOW contain tobacco?
No. SNOW pouches contain no tobacco leaf, stem, or dust. They are made from plant fibers, food-grade fillers, flavorings, sweeteners, pH adjusters, and nicotine.
Is SNOW safer than smoking, or a way to quit?
We make no comparison to any other product, and SNOW is not a smoking-cessation product. SNOW contains nicotine, and nicotine is an addictive chemical.
If you want to stop using nicotine entirely, talk to a healthcare professional.
Which strength should I choose?
The cold scale runs from −1° (4 mg per pouch) to −4° (12 mg per pouch). Adults who are new to pouches usually start at −1° or −2°. −3° and −4° are made for experienced users; a stronger pouch is not a better pouch.
Who can buy SNOW?
Adults 21 years of age or older, full stop. We check your date of birth when you enter the site, verify age at checkout, and may require an adult signature at delivery. Orders that fail age verification are cancelled and refunded.
Where do you ship?
United States addresses only for now. Some states and localities restrict the sale of nicotine pouches or certain flavors; orders to restricted areas may be cancelled and refunded. Shipping is a flat $5 and free over $30.
How do I pay?
By card, on a secure payment page hosted by our payment provider Frisbii — card details never touch our servers. Your order ships once payment and age verification are complete.
How should I store the cans?
Cool and dry — refrigeration keeps pouches fresh longest. Keep every can out of reach of children and pets; nicotine is toxic if swallowed. If a child ingests a pouch, call Poison Control (1-800-222-1222) immediately.
What is your return policy?
Unopened cans can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened cans cannot be returned. Details are in the terms of sale.
How do I dispose of used pouches?
Used pouches go in the trash — many cans have a compartment in the lid for exactly this. Never flush pouches, and never leave them where children or animals could reach them.
