1. Age requirement
SNOW products are sold only to persons 21 years of age or older. By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21, that the date of birth you provide is accurate, and that you are purchasing for your own use and not on behalf of a person under 21. We verify age before shipment and may require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. Orders that fail age verification are cancelled and refunded.
2. Product
SNOW pouches contain nicotine, an addictive chemical, and contain no tobacco leaf, stem, or dust. SNOW is not a smoking-cessation product. Keep out of reach of children and pets; nicotine is toxic if swallowed.
3. Ordering and payment
An order placed on this site is an offer to purchase. Payment is collected by card through our payment provider (Frisbii); card details are processed by the provider and never touch our servers. Products ship after payment is received in full and age verification is complete. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are stated before you place the order or on the invoice.
4. Shipping and restricted areas
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Where state or local law restricts or prohibits the sale or shipment of nicotine pouches, we will cancel and refund the order. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns
Unopened cans may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our error. Opened cans cannot be returned. Contact hello@snowsnus.com with your order reference to start a return.
6. Prohibited resale
You may not resell SNOW products or supply them to any person under 21. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for resale.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
